*Due to COVID-19 there can be uncontrollable delays of up to 1-2 additional weeks on top of the estimated delivery times. The customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only. Some orders may arrive earlier than expected, and some may arrive at a later date.
Orders take can take anywhere from 1-2 business days to process after placing, before shipping out. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the United States. We do not ship on weekends.
Where is my tracking number?
All orders are processed as soon as possible and include a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, your order has yet to be processed. If it has been 1-2 business days after placing an order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com
Your local post office may require additional documents and verification to clear your package, can delay the estimated delivery time. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service. Please follow the instructions they provide in order to receive your package. In the event of a failed delivery, the customer is solely responsible for pickup or to arrange re-delivery from the courier.
The delivery may take longer than expected, prolonging the delivery time shown above. Most delays are usually caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. As this rarely happens, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absence of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Pawineer) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to investigate.
